Custom slit-to-width and cut-to-length products are available. Meet ASTM standards. RoHS and DFARS compliant.
1100 aluminium alloy With a minimum of 99.0% aluminum, it is the most heavily alloyed of the 1000 series. It is also the mechanically strongest alloy in the series, and is the only 1000-series alloy commonly used in rivets. At the same time, it keeps the benefits of being relatively lightly alloyed (compared to other series), such as high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and workability. It can be strengthened by cold working, but not by heat treatment
ZhongTai Aluminium offers Aluminum Circles in Alloys 1050, 1100, 3003, H12, H14, H16, H18, H22 and H24.This is because of their wide variety of applications. These partly include electrical appliances, insulation, machinery manufacturing, and more. Plus, aluminum circles are also used in automotive, aerospace, military, construction, and printing. It’s also found in common kitchen utensils.
Aluminum circles are mostly found in several types of general commercial and industrial uses. These include, but are not limited to: capacitor cases, medical tubes, kitchenware, spray bottles, cosmetic cases, road signage, cookware, and many more applications.
These materials are seamless, aesthetically pleasing, and recyclable. What’s more, aluminum circles can ensure high durability for many uses.
